A CUBAN CABARET

ROLE
UX/UI + Branding

CLIENT
Steve Fagin

The Batista Syndrome, a memory disorder caused by trauma suffered under the Batista dictatorship in Cuba, is the title of an eight-episode video mini-series based in Havana of the 1950s and that traverses several theatrical genres: musical, vaudeville, verité, drama, dream, and soliloquy. Offering three different versions of wireframes to my client allowed him the ability to offer direct input into the final outcome of the project. Needing to bond the visuals with a logo, I created a logo with inspiration from Cuban neon signs from the 1950s.
