Improving Core Platform Experiences
At Solace Health, I redesigned several core platform experiences to support both patient growth and advocate efficiency. This included reworking the onboarding flow to reduce friction, redesigning the main dashboard to better surface key actions and metrics, and creating a mobile dashboard to support advocates on the go. I also overhauled the invoicing experience—turning a complex, error-prone workflow into something clear, usable, and reliable. Together, these changes helped Solace scale its platform while making a complicated healthcare system feel more approachable and easier to navigate.
