Scaling the Themis Platform
At Themis, I redesigned core product experiences to help organizations run clearer, more effective ethics and compliance programs. This work included improving onboarding to reduce setup friction, reworking key dashboards to surface critical actions and reporting, and refining complex workflows to feel more intuitive and manageable. Throughout, I focused on clarity, trust, and scalability—helping teams navigate compliance requirements with greater confidence while supporting the platform’s growth across enterprise customers.
